Your health records, on your iPhone
Lab reports in a drawer, pill bottles in the cabinet, a doctor asking what changed since your last visit. VitaVault keeps your medications, lab results, notes and Apple Health data together in one personal health record.
What VitaVault keeps
You add records yourself. VitaVault does not connect to hospital or clinic systems.
- MedicationsIn Records, Meds, scan a pill bottle label or add it by hand. Keep strength, form, your AM and PM doses, and reminders on the days you choose.
- Lab resultsIn Records, Labs, scan a paper report with your camera, upload PDFs, or enter results yourself. Each test keeps its value, unit, reference range and an abnormal flag, grouped by date.
- Apple Health dataVitaVault reads the Apple Health data you allow, including activity, weight and other body measurements, vitals like heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen and blood glucose, sleep, nutrition and mindful minutes.
- Journal and daily check-insLog events with tags like surgery, illness, injury or medication change, and track anything you want each day as yes or no, a 1 to 5 scale, or a number.
- Health TimelineSee your lab dates, medications and journal entries in one list, in date order.

Stored on your iPhone
Your records are saved on your iPhone, and there is no account to create. If iCloud is available, your medications, lab results, journal and check-ins also sync through your own iCloud account. AI features ask for your consent first, then send the data needed for that request through our server to Anthropic Claude, with Google Gemini as a backup. Decline, and you can still add and keep records by hand.
